CORE SYSTEM UPGRADES
New Admin Account Management
It will now be quicker and easier to invite new Enterprise Admin users in the desktop admin portal. Once you've clicked "add user", simply select a desired role and enter the email address of the user you would like to invite. That user's email address then receives a link via email, and the new admin can setup their own account by following the link.
Why is this important? Some of our customers had voiced that the current way of adding one or multiple admins through the desktop portal is slow. To solve for that we've added a new, modern way to invite a new admin user! There is more functionality to come with this feature, so stay tuned!
ATS-SPECIFIC UPGRADES
Avionté BOLD
WorkN to Avionté BOLD Add Worker
Workers created in WorkN will now be synced to BOLD.
Why is this important? This new sync makes the Apply feature a potentially huge addition to your business: workers that apply through the app will now be created as a talent record in BOLD. Allowing you to directly recruit with your app!
Note: The Apply feature is currently only available to White Label customers, you can reach out to your customer success rep to have access to the Apply feature. This does not include 24/7 App customers.
- Fixed an issue where jobs coming from BOLD could show start or end time 1 hour off
Bullhorn
- Fixed an issue where an Interest Job Order in Bullhorn with an existing submission for a candidate would show a new submission if that candidate expressed interest in that specific job
BUG FIXES
- Fixed an issue where start time from shiftless job orders would still show on Job Confirmed notifications and emails
- Fixed an issue where jobs created from the desktop front end or created through integrations would be set as "Dummy Record". These will now show as "Custom"
- Fixed an issue with internal notes that would make it impossible to edit them if they were left blank upon job creation
- Fixed an issue where "Price" was required on job creation but did not show as required
- Fixed an issue where dates on the scroll tab would not show the correct dates on the worker schedule weekly view
- Fixed an issue where Enterprise or Branch with commas included in their name would split into different columns in a file export. These will now stay in one cell on file exports
- Fixed an issue where the Serveture daily report did not include some shifts that would span multiple days on the daily report
CORE SYSTEM UPGRADES
Admin Account Management
You now have access to view the status of pending invitations sent in the Web Portal. This new page also allows you to cancel an invitation and resend an invitation.
Why is this important? In instances where large amounts of invitations are sent, it is important to have visibility to track and manage them, as some invitations land in spam folders, may be forgotten about, or may include typos.
Jobs and Dashboard Page
The Job Name column header has been changed to say "Job Template Name".
New Email Notification
A new email notification encompassing multiple notifications for unbundled jobs will now be sent out to Worker, Admin, and Marketplace Contact email when a Worker accepts/expresses interest in one or more shift(s) from a Unbundled Offer Job or Unbundled Interest Job.
Why is this important? Instead of receiving multiple emails, you will now receive just one notification regardless of how many shifts a worker expressed interest in/accepted, thus ultimately reducing the number of emails.
API External Call Logs
You can now view and access the new "Outbound API Logs" sub-tab in the Admin tab of the Web Portal. The existing API Logs sub-tab has been renamed to "Inbound API Logs". This change will allow you to see if there are any failures resulting from outbound API calls.
Why is this important? For those of you with flows that include WorkN sending API calls to an external system, the ability to see it working correctly is important, this will provide visibility into failures in the system that could be affecting your flows.
End Assignment
An 'End Assignment' option has been added to the drop down menu for Job Orders in a committed status. This will allow you to cancel all future shifts from the selected job order, starting on the effective date specified. Both the worker and admin will be notified of this change through email / push notification.

ATS-SPECIFIC UPGRADES
Bullhorn
Multi-Select Attribute
Removed attributes on a worker in Bullhorn will now match on multi-select attributes in WorkN.
Why is this important? This will save you time as it will also remove these choices in WorkN, so the worker will no longer match to a job order matching one of your removed choices.
WIL
Events for Add/Update Job Order
Added support to send events to webhooks for Add and Update Job Order - customers listening to WIL events will now receive events to the webhooks configured when job orders are added or updated in WorkN.
Why is this important? You can now update external systems you may be using with the sent details of these added events.
BUG FIXES
- Fixed an issue where the worker page is displaying multiple instances of attributes
- Fixed an issue where Unbundled job updates would not send an email notification
- Fixed an issue where in rare, specific situation around the switch to DST, workers could accept jobs they were not qualified for
- Fixed an issue where duplicate attributes would appear when bundled jobs were created
- Fixed an issue where shifts would not display on the dashboard when selecting a custom date range
- Fixed an issue where shifts were not viewable on schedule if the worker checked in at a later date
- Fixed an issue related to break entry causing attention marks to show on shifts related
- Fixed an email template that did not show the correct worksite timezone (Worker Accepts Offer email)
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to change shift duration with Change Job Assignment or Change Job Order
