CORE SYSTEM UPGRADES

Verify All

In a marketplace with a lot of shifts, the verify all function is vital to enable you to work efficiently. We've enhanced the functionality of the Verify all action to provide you the ability to see how many active shifts are left in a job order then verify completed shifts only and exclude currently active shifts.

Why did we build this? The verify all function has been a great tool to enable you to get through a lot of shifts quickly, but if any of those shifts were still active, this function would either not be usable, or would possibly verify a shift that talent is currently working.

What's next? If you currently use timekeeping, this new feature is available to you automatically.

New Available Options:

  • Verify All - Including Active Shifts
  • Verify All - Excluding Active Shifts

Verify All if the job order contains no active shifts.

ATS-SPECIFIC UPGRADES

Avionte BOLD

Jobs from WorkN to BOLD

Jobs orders entered in WorkN are now populated into BOLD. This added functionality allows you to add unbundled adhoc jobs in WorkN and have them flow back to BOLD. This will also allow your client companies to access the client portal enter both bundled and unbundled job orders.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue that caused the repeat employee window to not show up for certain users
  • Fixed an issue that allowed shifts with 0 minutes worked to be verified
  • Fixed an issue where applying certain break times could cause a shift to have negative hours worked
  • Fixed an issue where certain shifts would become unverifiable when editing fields on the time verification page
  • Fixed a visual issue where the total time widget would become difficult to read with certain date ranges
  • The hourly drop down will no longer show for users that do not have access to it on the time verification page
  • Fixed a situation where the time verification page saving function would not trigger when switching job order or clicking no show on a shift

NEW FEATURES

Filter Enterprise List

The ability to filter the list of enterprises has been added which allows filtering the enterprise list through various filters.

Why did we build this? We heard from our customers that it was not always easy for Marketplaces with a large number of enterprises to get to and find an enterprise in a long list.

What's next? Now enabled in all marketplaces.

Loading Icon

A loading icon will now show on the time verification page to better communicate that the page is loading.

Why did we build this? We noticed that very large list of shifts could take a while to load when first opening the Time Keeping page, making it difficult to know whether if the list was loading.

What's next? Now enabled in all marketplaces.

Canceled Shift

When a shift is cancelled, the Username of the Admin that canceled the shift will now be captured and shown in the Cancel reason. The Session details and Job details will now show Cancelled By, Cancelled Date, and Cancelled Time.

Why did we build this? We heard from our customers that needed to have more information on shift cancellation, so we have added this functionality to increase traceability of actions in the platform.

What's Next? Now enabled in all marketplaces.

Admin Account Management

Inviting an Admin in WorkN will now follow the selected Branch and Enterprise filters selected, additionally the invitation screen has an added field to select a specific branch to invite a new Admin to.

Why did we build this? We've listened to the feedback and added this important functionality to the invitation process.

What's next? Now enabled in all marketplaces.

Deactivating an Account

Following the changes in Admin account creation on the WorkN portal, an Administrator with the new privilege enabled will be able to deactivate an account on the portal by hitting the deactivate account icon. The deactivated account will be logged off automatically and will no longer be able to login to the portal.

Why did we build this? Previously an admin would have to change the password in the case that a person should no longer have access to the WorkN Portal, this process is now more secure, and easier. *If an account needs to be reactivated, please reach out to our support team.

What's Next? Superusers (highest privilege account in your marketplace) will have this privilege added, but to have a different set of users have this functionality, or limit it to a certain set of admins, you can reach out to your customer success rep.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue that caused some on-cursor-hover tooltips to not show anymore
  • Reworked the way projected time being hidden is handled for better reliability
  • Fixed an issue where the confirmation screen could show the wrong number of shifts when cancelling a job in interest status
  • Shiftless functionality will now work as expected in BOLD Marketplaces
  • Modified the export options on the Total Time dashboard widget
