Change tracking on the worker profile page

Talent are added to WorkN in several ways. They may be added by a user, loaded to the system via integration or the talent may apply through the mobile app.

WorkN now provides users with more information by displaying when a worker was created and how they were created. In addition, WorkN now displays when a worker was last modified and who made that last modification.

*These notifications will be off by default and can be turned on and edited using Custom Communications

New Notification for Worker when Time Verification is complete

WorkN has added a notification that can be sent to talent after the time recorded for their shift has been verified.

BOLD Company restrictions to WorkN Blocklist

Company Restrictions in BOLD and Blocklist in WorkN are both used to prevent workers from being matched and notified of jobs at a specific company. The connection between those two lists has been updated.

Now, when talent is added or removed from BOLD Company Restrictions that talent is also added or removed from the WorkN Blocklist.

Reject BOLD Assignments That Have Ended in the Past

To allow job orders with a start date in the past (but an end date in the future) to flow from BOLD to WorkN, we will now reject the placements that started in the past.

*This is similar to a previous update we completed which rejected shifts that started in the past.

Avionte Time & Pay File

The Avionte Time & Pay file will now only be created for branches with time data so that there is not an issue with many blank emails/files to sort through.

Updating Jobs in BOLD

Fixed an issue where jobs modified in BOLD would not update in WorkN unless the start date was changed. Changes can flow through correctly.

ATS ENHANCEMENT | Bullhorn

Mapping Multiple Fields into a single attribute in WorkN

We have added the ability to map multiple fields from a Bullhorn object into a single attribute in WorkN so that multiple fields from Bullhorn can display in a single attribute in WorkN.

Bullhorn Duplicate check

Duplicate check for Bullhorn can now be configured to choose if a WorkN field is overwritten with Bullhorn data or the Bullhorn field is overwritten with WorkN data.

BUG FIXES | IMPROVEMENTS | DECEMBER 2022

  • Fixed an issue where "Cancel and Schedule" on offer jobs could result in errors.
  • Fixed an issue where a variable in the subject "New Admin Account" email would not populate.
  • Fixed an issue where jobs could end up missing in the Unbundled Job Acceptance Email.
  • Fixed a UI issue that occurred viewing a list in the Web on edit worker profile where choices get cutoff if they were longer than fixed width list view.
  • Fixed an issue where an extra shift could be added to bundled job orders when editing an existing job order's date range on the "Schedule" tab (Specifically when using the "Change Job Order" function).
  • Fixed an issue where the (+) symbol was not recognized when entering email addresses which could have been an issue when entering certain alias email addresses.
  • Changed some UI Elements in Custom Communication so the experience is more consistent throughout.
  • Changed the font size of Bill Rate in Price Records on the Price tab so the entry is no longer cut-off.
  • Updated the Time Keeping Tab with additional data validation on time entry.
  • The Job Cancelled email template will now include name of worker on the job
