2022 February Release Notes

CORE SYSTEM UPGRADES

Internal Notes

You can now edit internal notes on jobs at every stage of a shift, when the job is posted, committed, and/or cancelled.

Why is this important? Before this update you could only update internal notes on a committed shift. This is no longer a limitation and allows for better internal communication.

Time Verification Page Auto-Saving

Changes made on the time verification page are now saved automatically. Changes made on the page, adjusted shift times, or input missed hours will save as they are entered, without the need to immediately verify the shift.

Why is this important? If you are often making changes on shifts, you might not want to verify those shifts yet, which was your only option. You can now leave the page and come back to finish up changes made as you wish. Another recruiter can also make changes and someone else pick up their work later.

Dashboard Widget

Added a new dashboard widget that gives you a breakdown of total time for available categories. At a glance, you can see the total time worked this week, total committed hours, and more. This widget also allows you to look at the data that is populating the graph and export it for your own use.

Why is this important? Data helps you make better decisions and allows visibility into how well different aspects of your services are going.

Manual Break Input

Admins and recruiters will now be able to add/remove/edit breaks, down to each break-in/break-out and adjust total break time directly on the time verification page.

Note: This feature must be requested. If interested, please contact your Customer Success representative.

Why is this important? This is particularly useful for jobs that require more in-depth break tracking for California compliance, which requires you to collect individual break information, rather than just total break time.

Shiftless Start Time Notifications

Shiftless jobs will no longer have a start time listed and will not notify workers of a shift starting at a specific time.

Why does this matter? Shiftless jobs do not typically have a start time, so they do not need to send push notifications.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue that caused exported worker lists filtered by Login status to not get sent
