CORE SYSTEM UPGRADES

Interest Count on Unbundled Shifts

Unbundled interest shifts on the calendar will display a new count. The count represents the number of shifts that all eligible workers have expressed interest in.

Time Keeping Extract

New Time Keeping Extract on the Time Verification page (supports Healthcare Source data field).

Shift Cancel Email

Worker Name added to shift cancel email - previously the email did not contain the name of the canceling worker.

Reminder Feature

30-minute reminder feature may now be disabled for a staffing company (App upgrade required) - some customers don't want the 30 minute reminder to workers of start time of shift.

Interest Job Change

Change Job Order of Interest Jobs will no longer reset the Pick List - workers who express interest will not be lost when there is a change to the Interest job.

Jobs Page

The Jobs page now displays days of the week.

Worksite Location Time Zone fix.

Bullhorn

Job Start & End Time

Job Start / End Time now use the Worksite timezone.

Filters

Filters has been improved to use an "object of an object" so that two layers of data can be used.

Erecruit

Job Order Flow

Create Job Order in WorkN will now flow to Erecruit.

Note Action Updates

Updates to Note Action when a user edits a position in Erecruit.

WIL (WorkN Integration Layer)

Pick List

Remove workers from the Pick List of Pending Jobs is now possible.

Worker Declines Interest

New Event for when a Worker Declines Interest on a Job.

  • Web Overlay Partners - Web Overlay Partners may now be launched as new browser window outside the app rather than in app (which is normal). This should only be used if there is an issue with in app browser on the partner product

  • Multiple Choice List data fix for unbundled orders
  • Key Data Field display fix for ad hoc orders
  • The job order form will adjust the number of shift in the ad hoc form when the users edits the date range of the primary job
  • Ad hoc "Add Row" now uses the correct default date
  • Fix for OR matching logic when a worker field is blank
  • Bird's Eye screen fix for warning when overlapping shifts for a worker are about to be created
  • Time Zone issue fix for Ad hoc jobs when "Other" locations are used

CORE SYSTEM UPGRADES

Email Communications

The automatic emails sent to Admins will now reflect the Worksite location time zone instead of what is listed as the enterprise time zone.

Projected Time

Time Verification page can be set to no longer show projected time on committed shifts in the time worked column.

Note: This feature must be requested. If interested, please contact your Customer Success representative.

No Show

New function on the time verification page that allows an admin to easily cancel a No Show shift in the case of a no show.

INTEGRATIONS

Bullhorn

Mappings

The ability to map a Bullhorn integer/float value to a choice list in WorkN, allowing Bullhorn users to use already-configured fields without major rework.

Mapping Configuration

A recruiter can now create jobs via the Bullhorn integration without having to enter a start time and an end time on the job. Doing this would previously fail the API call.

WIL (WorkN Integration Layer)

Silent Picklist

New feature giving the ability to update Picklist without notifying workers. This is an optional flag in the job creation endpoint that can be toggled on.

Picklist Extract

You can now setup WorkN to send a daily extract file of all jobs, and corresponding pick lists delivered securely by email.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue where job changes would sometimes show "Failed events" in the log. This issue could make certain filters not work correctly, but is now resolved
  • Fixed an issue where Picklist would not find matching workers if Ad Hoc was selected
  • Fixed an issue where changes made to a candidate's address in WorkN were not syncing over to Erecruit
  • Updated notification copy for interest and offer jobs to improve readability, as incorrect grammar would show on certain notification messages. Notifications will now correctly use "at" and "on" around time and dates
  • Fixed an issue where decimal attributes, and asterisks would not present correctly under certain circumstances. These items now show correctly
