CORE SYSTEM UPGRADES

California Penalty Time Calculation for Breaks

Tracking worker time for jobs in California requires more than just recording total meal/break times. You need a way to see what breaks workers are taking and document or waive the penalties if normal procedure is not followed.

To accommodate for that we've made changes to the platform that will allow you to calculate penalty time, waive penalty time, and view in more detail the breaks workers are taking.

Below is the new break details screen on the Time Verification page that will let you interact with the breaks workers have taken during their shifts.

And the Penalty screen that will allow you to see the penalties that may impact the business or the worker.

The new feature allows you to add and waive penalties, and include a reason for the addition or waiving.

Email Template Updates

The Shift Canceled emails will now include the name of the worker on the job.

The Admin Account emails have been modified for better readability. They will now read as: A new |MARKETPLACE_NAME| portal admin account has been created for you.

ATS-SPECIFIC UPGRADES

Bullhorn

Corrected an issue with the duplicate checks enhancements that were not always working as designed. Certain scenarios could still create duplicate entries.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue that caused the repeat employee window to not show up for certain users
  • Fixed an issue that allowed shifts with 0 minutes worked to be verified
  • Fixed an issue where applying certain break times could cause a shift to have negative hours worked
  • Fixed an issue where certain shifts would become unverifiable when editing fields on the time verification page
  • Fixed a visual issue where the total time widget would become difficult to read with certain date ranges
  • The hourly drop down will no longer show for users that do not have access to it on the time verification page
  • Fixed a situation where the time verification page saving function would not trigger when switching job order or clicking no show on a shift
