2022 March Release Notes
CORE SYSTEM UPGRADES
Session Files
If a given shift has a check-in date different than the scheduled date within a different extraction period, it will now appear on the next period's main session file extract. Example: If a worker has a scheduled shift on 2/3/22 but checks in on 2/4/22, this shift should appear on the next period's session file.
Why is this important? It is important for a recruiter to see all shifts regardless of discrepancy between scheduled data and actual date of check-in.
Time out removal
You can now request to turn off the Auto-Cancel behavior that happens with "timeouts" (when a Start/end date passes on a shift, the order would automatically cancel).
Why is this important? You may have jobs that you don't ever want to cancel.
Note: This feature must be requested. If interested, please contact your Customer Success representative.
ATS-SPECIFIC UPGRADES
Avionté BOLD
Avionté BOLD to WorkN Contact Sync
BOLD Customer Contacts will now be synced as WorkN Enterprise Admin Users.
Why is this important? You cannot add a Job Order into BOLD without a Contact; so this is a building block for the Add Job flows from WorkN to BOLD. Stay tuned!
