2022 May Release Notes
CORE SYSTEM UPGRADES
No Show
The No Show button will no longer be available once a shift has been verified.
Why is this important? This will reduce the risk of an already verified shift being accidentally set to "No-Show".
California Breaks
Editing breaks on shifts that are located in California will no longer allow editing the total break time. Instead the specific breaks can be viewed and edited.
Why is this important? California has a number of break rules and penalties for those. This will allow you to better track and view individual breaks on a shift and achieve better compliance.
Responsive Schedule
The ability to change the way the schedule, worker schedule, and dashboard are viewed on the Web Portal has been added. By default, the work week will be presented as Monday through Sunday. If your payroll schedule is different from the default such as Sunday through Saturday, you can now request that it is displayed accordingly on the Web Portal. This will adjust the schedule view, the worker schedule, and reports on the dashboard. Additionally, specific enterprises can be set to a different work week than your default Marketplace set work week.
Why is this important? You can now have the WorkN Web Portal match your payroll week if it is different from the one set by default.
Note: This feature must be requested. If interested, please contact your customer service representative.
Time Verification Saving
As previously announced, changes on the time verification page are now saved as you go. Some changes have been made to the feature: If you navigate off the page, close the tab, or verify a shift, other changes you have made will be saved.
Why is this important? Previously, changes were saved on a timed basis and would not consistently be saved if you navigated away from time verification. This should now be a much more consistent experience.
Note: This feature must be requested. If interested, please contact your customer service representative.
ATS-SPECIFIC UPGRADES
Bullhorn
Submission Source
If you are using Job Search & Apply: You can now distinguish if a worker's submissions came from either Job Search & Apply or Online staffing.
Why is this important? This will allow you to know how to handle the submission a lot quicker, at a glance you can tell where a submission originated from!
