NEW FEATURES

Calendar UI Update

To clarify the UI on the calendar view in the web portal, worker and/or shift unit name will show under the bundled and unbundled shift count so the count under the shift is more clear.

This feature is releasing to all marketplaces.

Database Cleanout Procedure

For our clients using the WorkN Integration Layer (WIL) we have added a database cleanout procedure for our Development Environments that will allow us to clear existing records upon request. Should you have this request, please open a ticket with our Support Team.

ATS-SPECIFIC ENHANCEMENTS

Avionté BOLD

API Log ATS ID

Our newest Avionte BOLD addition is the ability to filter by BOLD 'ATS ID' in the Inbound API Logs. This allows admins to quickly resolve any troubleshooting they are working on.

This change will apply to all BOLD Marketplaces.

Erecruit

API Log ATS ID

Our newest Erecruit addition is the ability to filter by Erecruit 'ATS ID' in the Inbound API Logs. This allows admins to quickly resolve any troubleshooting they are working on.

This change will apply to all Erecruit Marketplaces.

Bullhorn

WorkN Field Mapping to two Bullhorn Fields

We have added the ability to send values for two separate fields in Bullhorn when establishing our mappings.

BUG FIXES

  • Email template titles will now show a more user-friendly title in Custom Communication
  • Resolved an issue where the Username field was not showing as required on Admin account creation
  • Resolved an issue where a skill selected that was not in Bullhorn could default to a wrong value. This resulted in our system thinking that a valid choice was made allowing the job order to pass when it is checked for required attributes
  • Modified the behavior of the duplicate check with Bullhorn, where we will no longer update the Username and Password. This would cause an issue where workers were not able to login after going through the Apply process
