NEW FEATURES

Custom Communication

Communicating with your talent is always a huge priority. With our new custom communication feature, you are now able to customize emails, text, and push notifications templates that go directly to your talent, clients, and admins to allow for your unique language and logo!

This feature is releasing to all marketplaces.

Time Keeping UI Updates

In a busy marketplace, it can get increasingly difficult to find a job order in timekeeping. We have updated the drop-down menu to allow sorting in different ways to make this easier. The sorting options are Shift Count, Chronologically, and Alphabetical.

We've also updated the buttons for show/hide cancelled shifts, and show/hide verified shifts on the Time Keeping tab.

This feature is releasing to all marketplaces.

Push Notification Limiter Rules

Push notification overload can be a concern in making sure your talent is looking at their notifications. To reduce this, we have had the concept of text messages limiting rules, and we expanded this functionality to also configure push notification limiter rules and limit the maximum amount of app notifications that you will be sending to your talent.

ATS-SPECIFIC ENHANCEMENTS

Avionté BOLD - Time and pay file

Mobile Time Entry is a powerful way to help talent record their time and stay engaged with your mobile staffing app.

The Avionté Time and Pay File makes it easier to connect your WorkN timekeeping data with your Avionte Classic Back Office.

WorkN will now automatically extracts timekeeping data and produces daily or weekly files for each of your branches. Those files can then be imported into Avionte Classic Back Office using preconfigured business logic and field mapping.

This change will apply to all BOLD Marketplaces.

Reject BOLD Assignments That Have Ended in the Past

To allow job orders with a start date in the past (but an end date in the future) to flow from BOLD to WorkN, we will now reject the shifts that started in the past.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue where an overnight shift could appear to end earlier than the start time
  • Fixed an issue where Admin account invite emails links would not open in certain email clients
  • Fixed an issue where the Shift Accepted email may not send if talent has communication preference set to text
