NEW FEATURES

Display Administrator Cancel Comment

When an Administrator cancels a shift, a required Cancel Comment can be configured.

That comment can now be displayed on both the Session Details and View Session screens.

This Cancel Comment can also be included in the session file.

What's next? To enable this, please contact your customer success representative.

Hyperlinks on Worker Profile

When hyperlinks starting with http:// or https:// are entered in a field on the Worker Profile, the links are now clickable and will open the linked site in a new browser tab.

What's next? Contact your Customer Success Manager if you need additional fields configured on a worker profile.

Timekeeping Usability Improvements

Improved the overall behavior and useability of Time Keeping when displayed in a mobile browser.

• Fixed an issue where Time Worked was displayed as N/A in Marketplaces configured to hide Projected Time
• Fixed an issue where an Invalid Date Error was displayed under certain circumstances
• Fixed an issue where Saved Changes were not displayed until the page was refreshed

ATS-SPECIFIC ENHANCEMENTS

Avionté BOLD

Added a column for the Branch field in the Avionté Time and Pay File.

Bullhorn

Corrected an issue where the Bullhorn API could stop accepting Right and Left Single Quote Unicode correctly which would show an error in API logs.

BUG FIXES

• Fixed an issue where some user roles had the ability to invite any type of Admin Role into the WorkN Desktop Portal
• Fixed an issue where shifts were not listed when a Custom Date Range was selected on the Dashboard
• Fixed a typo in the Repeat Job Order pop-up
