NEW FEATURE | ALL MARKETPLACES

Job Filters

The ability to filter the list of jobs on the Job tab has been added which allows narrowing down the Job list through various filters.

Automatic Logout after role privilege update

When a role permission or user permission change happens, we will now log out the associated accounts. This will ensure that all the changes apply correctly, and take effect once the account is logged back in.

NEW FEATURE | CONFIGURABLE

Session Timeout

When a user has been logged in to the web portal for a specific period of time with no activity, they will now be logged out automatically.

The inactivity timer is not enabled by default, if you would like to enable it, please contact support or your customer success representative. We recommend setting the timeout to 1 hour.

Configurable Cancel Reason Drop Down List

When an admin or a recruiter cancels a job, the cancel reason can now be provided via a pre-defined list of reasons so that the frequency and trends of different specific types of cancellations can be tracked consistently.

Updates from Talent on Welcome Page

Branch Admins will now receive an email notification when talent in their branch updates their information on the welcome page. This will help admins keep up with the possible need to re-screen talent or adjust payroll data based on these edits.

ATS ENHANCEMENT | AVIONTEBOLD

Assignment ID BOLD to WorkN

Placements that are created in BOLD from a WorkN Nomination on Unbundled and Ad Hoc Jobs will now flow the Assignment ID back into WorkN so that the shifts can go through time keeping processing successfully.

BUG FIXES | IMPROVEMENTS | FEBRUARY 2023

  • When a worker sets their availability to "not available" this status will stay "not available" until they change it back to available.
  • Various improvements were done to improve performance on the Web Admin Portal.
  • Fixed an issue that caused iOS notification to not display if the App was not running in the background.
