NEW FEATURE | ALL MARKETPLACES

Admin Log off and Password security features

In order to increase security and reduce the risk of unwanted actions, we've enhanced our customers ability to manage access to the WorkN web portal and to mobile apps.

  • Admin users with the privilege Deactivate User Authorization Token (Force Logout) can now force log off any other admin or worker.
  • When an admin or recruiter password has been manually updated via the WorkN Web Portal, they will be logged off automatically, and must login again using their new password.
  • When a worker password has been manually updated via the WorkN Web Portal, they will be logged off automatically, and must login again using their new password or a Smartlink.

Mass Cancel, and Cancel All Remaining Shifts

Customers can now turn off the "Mass Cancel" and Cancel All Remaining Shifts features using the new role privilege: Allow Mass Cancel and Cancel ALL Shifts

When this privilege is disabled for a user, they will not see the Mass Cancel Button and when cancel a single shift, the Warning Screen asking if they want to cancel all remaining shifts in a job will not be displayed.

This is separate from the Privilege that controls cancelling a single shift.

Enterprise Delete

There are many reasons why an enterprise may no longer be needed, we have added a way to remove these enterprises that are no longer needed. This action is only accessible by users with a new Role Privilege, and does not remove data associated with the enterprise.

Total Scheduled Hours Across All Enterprises

To increase the visibility of potential overtime exposure while scheduling workers, the total scheduled hours across all enterprises is displayed for each worker on the schedule tab.

Sync BOLD Picklist worker to WorkN

If a recruiter picklists a worker in BOLD, and the worker does not exist in WorkN, we will sync that worker. This will also send the worker added to WorkN a smartlink invitation to join the app.

BUG FIXES | IMPROVEMENTS | DECEMBER 2022

  • When creating a new talent, the password field will no longer show asterisks when the field is empty.
  • Fixed an issue where a smartlink received on android could be unclickable due to a formatting issue.
  • Fixed an issue where workers were able to see jobs outside of the branch in which the job was created.
  • Fixed an issue when entering values by pressing enter in the price trigger menu would not work and cause an error.
  • Fixed an issue where the push notifications for new assignments would show the job template title instead of the configured setting.
  • Fixed an issue where communication related to an Ad Hoc job would show in the incorrect time zone.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause the shift accepting confirmation email to admin to show the wrong worker name.
  • Fixed an issue that could happen when sending multiple values as a list over to Bullhorn, only one of the values in the list would get applied.
  • Fixed an issue where some user roles would not be able to filter the list of workers if they only had read only access to workers.
  • Fixed an issue that would cause Bullhorn to return an error when trying to either insert or update values in regard to the Category Entity (to-many association).
