NEW FEATURE | BOLD

Mobile Job Board

Avionté 24/7 MOBILE JOB BOARD for Avionté 24/7 CUSTOM is now available. This new feature allows candidates with the mobile app to:

• Scroll through all posted job opportunities from the convenience of their smartphone.
• Search through all jobs and filter by location, pay range, title, and skills match.
• Apply on the spot for any job that interests them. Their application information is then captured and stored in AviontéBOLD.

24/7 Placement Report

This new report provides a great way to track how many talent responses you receive for a given time period and what the current stage of those responses is.

NEW FEATURE | BULLHORN

Blocklist Sync

Bullhorn clients that add, update, or remove companies from a talent's DNU/Blocklist in Bullhorn will have that data synchronized to WorkN to prevent talent from receiving jobs at companies (enterprises) they have on the blocklist.

Job Status Sync in Bullhorn

Bullhorn clients can now receive a confirmation back from WorkN when a job is successfully created or cancelled/closed for better visibility into which jobs are open on your app. This sync status confirmation can be presented within Bullhorn on a Job Order custom field.

BUG FIXES | IMPROVEMENTS | June 1 2023

• Fixed an issue where a high volume of BOLD app logins at once could cause an error for some users
• Fixed an issue where Smartlinks were not sent out if the worker had logged out of the app and then back into the app.
• Fixed an issue where some email templates that had been marked as disabled in Custom Communications were still being sent out.
