NEW FEATURE | ALL MARKETPLACES
Dashboard Export Enhancements
Reports will now include both the unique ATS ID and the unique WorkN ID. This allows you to search and use report data in either system.
Example of reports this will affect:
- Shift Count
- Cancel Breakdown
- Late
- Top Job Title
- Shift Quality
- Shifts Accepted
- Shifts Offered
Worker Controlled Availability shows in Web Portal
Workers are able to toggle between available and unavailable in your app. This existing feature allows a worker to stop possible job matching due to vacation, sick days, or other periods where they are unavailable.
Now as a recruiter, you can view this availability status within the web portal when searching for workers and when viewing a worker's profile.
NEW FEATURE | BOLD
Mobile Job Board Filtering
Users will now be able to filter what BOLD Job Boards appear within the Mobile Job Board when a worker searches for jobs.
To enable this feature, please submit a Zendesk ticket to our customer support team.
BUG FIXES | IMPROVEMENTS | June 15 2023
- Fixed a timekeeping error that was showing to users when all shifts in the time verification screen were set to verified.
