New WorkN Web Portal Password Requirements
In order to provide more security, we've added the following password requirements for WorkN Web Portal Users:
- Password must be a minimum of 7 characters
- Password must include 1 capital letter
- Password must include 1 number
- Password must include 1 special character
- The two passwords entered must match
- Password cannot match a previously used password (if resetting password on an existing account)
These requirements will apply to new passwords. Existing users will not be forced to change their password.
Enhanced Admin Account Management
Imported Admins can now be invited to create their user accounts via email. New functionality enables you to select multiple admins from a list, assign them a role, and send them an invite.
NEW FEATURE | CONFIGURABLE
Configurable Overtime Report
Many customers want better visibility into potential overtime for their scheduled workers. A report is now available that can be configured and sent via email when a worker's total scheduled hours for a week exceed your configured threshold for overtime.
Contact support, or your customer success representative if you would like us to configure this feature for you.
Preview Images Attached to a Job
When a link to an image is attached to a job in the WorkN Web Portal, an Admin can now see and open that link in Job Details and Shift Details.
The ability to add an image to a job is not enabled by default. Contact support, or your customer success representative if you would like us to configure this feature for you.
NEW FEATURE | AVIONTE BOLD
BOLD Company Name Integration
Added functionality to the WorkN BOLD integration to better handle how company name changes in BOLD flow to WorkN. This functionality will address new changes. It will not retroactively resync previous name changes.
Jobs from BOLD to WorkN Enterprise Update
If WorkN receives a new job order from BOLD and the Enterprise related to that job order has not yet been created, the Enterprise will now be created in WorkN.
ATS ENHANCEMENT | AVIONTE BOLD
Branch Creation via Talent Updates from BOLD
If WorkN receives a talent update from BOLD and the Branch related to that talent does not exist, the Branch will now be created in WorkN.
NEW FEATURE | BULLHORN
Talent ID on Worker Registration Email
The Bullhorn Talent ID can now be included in the email sent to an Admin when a talent has registered in the app.
Bullhorn Integration Update
To make our integration with Bullhorn more robust, a string value can now be mapped to a WorkN Attribute Choice ID.
NEW FEATURE | WorkN Integration Layer
Worker Login Status through the Event Queue
WIL customers can now receive worker login and log out events through our event queue to track worker login status externally.
