NEW FEATURE | ALL MARKETPLACES

Automatic Logout Notification

When a user is automatically logged out of the Web Admin Portal, they will now see a notification so it's clear that the logout was intentional and not a system error.

Display Current Logged In User

The Web Admin Portal now displays First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the logged in user to make it easier to troubleshoot issues in the Portal.

Time Verification Data Validation

To decrease the risk of errors during Time Verification, the Break Time and Time Worked fields have been modified in the Web Admin Portal:

  • The maximum value for the minutes field in Break Time and Time Worked is 59 minutes.
  • Example: if a worker took a break from 12:00PM to 1:30 PM, the break time must be entered as 1 hour and 30 minutes, it cannot be entered as 90 minutes.
  • When a User enters Break Time for a worker during Time Verification, the total Break Time must be less than the total time elapsed between Check In and Check Out.
  • For example: if a worker Checked In at 8:00AM and Checked Out at 10:00AM, then a user in the Web Admin Portal can only enter a break for less than two hours.

Enhanced Email Template

The email notification Worker Accepts Unbundled Shift(s) now supports additional recipients beyond the Requestor and the Billing Contact.

Also, recipients will no longer receive multiple emails when their email address appears in more than one of the recipient fields (Requestor, Billing Contact, extra_email).

ATS ENHANCEMENT | AVIONTEBOLD

Additional API Events Logged

API Logs in the Web Admin Portal have been enhanced to provide more data for troubleshooting sync issues. Now, records are logged when Update Company (Enterprises) Address/Location and Get Avionte Contact Information events are successful, not just when they fail.

Hiding BOLD Department/WorkN Enterprise

We have enhanced the WorkN/BOLD integration so that when a Department is hidden in BOLD, the corresponding Enterprise is hidden in WorkN.

ATS ENHANCEMENT | BULLHORN

Create Enterprise in WorkN

We've enhanced the WorkN/Bullhorn integration to improve the flow of jobs from Bullhorn to WorkN.

Now, when WorkN receives a new job order from Bullhorn for an enterprise that doesn't exist in WorkN, we can automatically add the enterprise to WorkN so that the job order syncs and avoid a failure.

BUG FIXES | IMPROVEMENTS | MARCH 2023

  • Fixed a bug that allowed some workers to be double booked on two assignments when the start time for one of the assignments was modified. A warning will now be displayed when the situation occurs.
  • Fixed an issue where deleted/deactivated users were still receiving email notifications.
  • Fixed an issue where jobs created in WorkN and sent to BOLD were not being displayed with the WorkN Sync'd flag in BOLD.
  • Fixed an issue where user in Web Admin Portal could enter overlapping breaks while doing Time Verification.
  • Fixed an issue where new Marketplace Admins with access to only one Branch were being created as Branch Admins.
