Account Name Dropdown Enhancement

Quickly identify your current marketplace in the WorkN Web Portal for improved account management.

Improved Custom Communications

The email templates that went out to both admins and workers have been separated to ensure sensitive information remains secure.

Affected Templates:

  • Worker Requeued
  • Worker Accepts Offer

Improved Outbound API Logs

Added WorkN ID to Outbound API Logs list view for convenient worker identification, facilitating faster issue resolution and analysis. This ID represents the Job ID or the Worker ID depending on the endpoint called. The logs can be filtered by this ID.

Addition of WorkN Worker ID to Worker Profile

To enhance worker identification when troubleshooting, the WorkN Worker ID has been added to the worker profile page, added as a filter while keeping it non-editable by admins.

Location Saving Feature in Job Template Creation

To streamline template creation, we've introduced a feature that allows "other" locations to be saved for future use when creating job templates, with an accompanying pop-up warning to confirm location saving, improving the job scheduling process.

Email Notifications with Added Company Logo

To enhance brand visibility, Custom Communication now allows the addition of a company logo in email notifications, which, once added, will apply across all customized templates.

Configurable Recipients for Overtime Reports

In an effort to optimize communications, the overtime report can now be configured to send to either marketplace admins or branch admins, tailoring the distribution to suit various staffing agency structures.

ATS ENHANCEMENT | AVIONTE BOLD

Clarification of BOLD Job Cancellation Error Message

To eliminate confusion, the error message for cancelled or about-to-be-cancelled jobs in BOLD has been updated to explicitly reflect the job status, ensuring admins aren't misled.

The message now reads: "This job order has been filled or canceled in WorkN. Create a new order for additional opportunities. Existing assignments can still be edited"

Worker Availability Toggle Mapping to ATS

Catering to customer needs, the worker availability toggle in the app now supports mapping to the ATS through our WIL integration, improving real-time update events in the event queue.

BUG FIXES | IMPROVEMENTS | MAY 2023

  • Fixed an issue where placements failed to process in WorkN for same-day, overnight jobs due to UTC date conversion inconsistencies
  • Fixed an issue where a single-shift committed job, once cancelled, remained in a "Committed" status on the "Jobs" tab.
  • Addressed an issue where workers were not receiving push notifications when assigned a shift in an unbundled job order.
  • Corrected an issue where changes made to the timing of an unbundled job order on the "Schedule" tab were not accurately reflected on the Offer screen.
  • Fixed an issue where the "Mass Cancel" feature didn't switch the Cancel Reason input to a list of options when configured as such.
