Radius-Independent Job Matching: WorkN now supports job orders that can ignore location radius as a matching criteria, enabling customers to reach qualified talent regardless of their geographic location.

Flexible Job Configuration: A new job-level attribute allows customers to toggle radius-based matching on or off for individual job orders, providing granular control over talent matching logic.

Enhanced Remote & Travel Opportunities: This functionality is specifically designed to support remote work positions, travel nursing assignments, and other opportunities where physical proximity isn't a requirement.

Universal Job Type Support: The radius override capability works across all job order types - bundled, unbundled, and unbundled adhoc job orders.

Why did we do this?

Expanded Talent Access: Traditional radius-based matching limited customers to local talent pools, which isn't suitable for remote work or travel positions that can draw from a national or global workforce.

Industry-Specific Needs: Travel nursing, remote technology roles, and consulting positions often require talent from outside the immediate geographic area, making location-based filtering counterproductive.

Competitive Advantage: Customers can now access the full breadth of qualified talent in their marketplace, potentially improving job fill rates and reducing time-to-hire for specialized or remote positions.

Availability/Impact

Configuration and setup require a support ticket to be submitted for implementation. Once configured, the radius override setting can be applied at the individual job order level.
