Mobile: Lockout Alert

Enhanced security protection has been implemented. After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, user accounts will be automatically locked and require a password reset to regain access.

Why did we do this?

  • Improved Security: This proactive security measure protects user accounts from malicious login attempts and unauthorized access, ensuring better data protection for both clients and talent users.

  • Account Protection: By implementing automatic lockout after multiple failed attempts, we prevent bad actors from repeatedly trying to guess passwords while maintaining legitimate user access.

How does this impact you?

  • Users who enter incorrect passwords 5 times consecutively will need to reset their password to regain account access.

  • After using the "Forgot Password" feature, users will have one attempt to login with their new password. If that attempt fails, the account will be locked again and require another password reset.

  • This cycle continues - each password reset provides only one login attempt before potential lockout.

  • This security enhancement helps protect your organization's data and user accounts from potential security threats.

Availability/Impact

These features are available to all 24/7 customers. Users experiencing account lockouts will need to follow the password reset process to regain access.
