Web Portal: Edit Picklist

This update introduces enhanced job management capabilities in the WorkN web portal, providing greater flexibility for managing talent access to job opportunities:

Edit Pick List Functionality: Users can now add and remove workers from a job's pick list directly in the web portal after job creation, eliminating the need for workaround processes like cloning jobs. This feature is available for Bundled job orders in "Interest/Pending" status only.
Improved Staffing Efficiency: The new "Edit Pick List" feature allows customers to ensure the right talent has access to apply for open positions, directly improving staffing efficiency and job fulfillment rates.
Streamlined Access: Users with the required role privilege will see an "Edit Pick List" option when viewing eligible job shifts, which opens a window to manage the worker pick list for that specific job.
Role-Based Access Control: The "Allow Picklist Editing" privilege ensures that only authorized users have access to this functionality, maintaining proper security and operational controls.

Why did we do this?

Eliminated Workflow Inefficiencies: Previously, customers had to clone jobs, update pick lists, create new orders, and cancel original jobs when needing to modify talent access - a time-consuming and error-prone process.
Improved Staffing Outcomes: By allowing customers to ensure the right talent has access to apply for open positions, this feature directly contributes to improved staffing efficiency and higher job fulfillment rates.
Enhanced Operational Flexibility: Jobs often require pick list adjustments after creation due to changing requirements, talent availability, or client needs - this feature provides the necessary agility for Bundled job orders in Interest/Pending status.
