Web Portal: Enterprise Account Manager
Account Manager Contact Fields: Marketplace administrators can now add account manager contact information directly to Enterprise profiles through the Edit Enterprise Details form. Three new optional fields are available: Account Manager Name, Account Manager Cell Phone, and Account Manager Email.
Support Tab Display: When account manager information is added, it automatically appears at the top of the Support tab for Enterprise Admins, with email addresses displayed as clickable links for easy access.
Self-Service Management: Administrators can add, edit, or update account manager information themselves through the web portal without requiring support assistance.
Why did we do this?
Enhanced Client Support: Staffing companies can now provide their client users with direct access to account manager contact information, ensuring clients know exactly who to contact for support.
Improved Communication: Direct email links and readily available phone numbers facilitate faster communication between clients and their designated account managers.
Self-Service Convenience: Enterprise administrators can manage account manager information themselves without needing to submit support tickets or wait for configuration assistance.
Centralized Support Access: All support resources, including personal account manager contacts, are now available in one convenient location within the Support tab.
How does this impact you?
Marketplace administrators can now add account manager contact information directly through the Edit Enterprise Details form in the web portal.
Enterprise administrators (client users) logging in to post or fill jobs will have immediate access to their account manager's contact information in the Support tab.
Marketplace admins can update this information anytime - no support ticket required.
Email addresses will appear as clickable links for easy communication, and updates are reflected immediately without needing to log out and back in.
Availability/Impact
This feature is available to all customers who log in to the WorkN web portal. The account manager contact fields are automatically available in the Edit Enterprise Details form for marketplace administrators to configure. Simply navigate to your Enterprise settings to add or update this information.
