Admin | A user with administrative privileges who is capable of creating workers, jobs, scheduling workers, and performing other administrative tasks based on their permissions and role within the system. |
Attribute | Configurable data elements specific to a selected realm. |
Branch | A subdivision of an enterprise, representing various locations or business divisions within the organization. |
Enterprise | A company that submits job orders for services to be provided by the staffing agency. |
Job Order | A request that comes from an enterprise for a particular job position or service. |
Job Order Pick List | A list of available workers suitable for a specific job. |
Job Template | Predefined templates for job orders designed to simplify and speed the process of creating job orders. |
Marketplace | An overall environment, comprising branches, enterprises, workers, jobs, submissions, and placements. |
Realm | Different areas of the platform that are configurable and associated with frontend functionality. Realms allow for customization of system features. Realms and their values are listed in Appendix A: Realms. |
Requester | An administrative user responsible for creating jobs within the system. |
Service Request | A request for a particular service, usually for a specific set of shifts. |
Worker | An individual registered within the system, eligible for assignment to job positions and scheduling. |
Worker Pool | A predefined group of workers selected to be notified first for a given job order. |
