Optional | Auto-Logout

The automatic logout feature will automatically log out admin users (talent or enterprise) that have been inactive for a set amount of time.

Overview

This feature can be utilized to accomplish a few things:

• Ensure users are using the latest features. Features only get updated when a user re-logs in
• Ensure security controls are in place. Users always being logged in can open up talent data to bad actors
• Ensure enterprises and other data that is only refreshed on logout is up to date

How to Access

This feature can be set up by our support. Please submit a ticket requesting a configuration change.

Configuration Options

We can set the time-out on this feature to any length of time desired. We suggest a minimum of 1 hour.
